Reason for request

Hi,
I have forgotten my password and for some reason you say that my email address (dlinderyd@gmail.com) was never verified. So, when I try to reset my password I get an email saying:

"Someone, perhaps you, has made a password reset request for a PyPI account associated with this email address. However, the email used to make this request is not verified. Your email address must be verified before you can use it to reset your password."

This is odd as I must have had a verified email address in 2022, as I got this email from you then.

In fact when you to do https://pypi.org/project/SBTi/ you can see my profile dlinderyd is indeed verified by pypi.

This is very confusing. You say that my details are verified in this project, but not when I try to reset my password. Which is it and how do we solve this?
