Reasons for the request

Hi,

I am requesting a name transfer of the agentid package on PyPI.

The package with this name appears to have been previously used but has is now unlisted or removed as of July 2025.

I am the developer of an open-source project agent id, which helps developers to assign an unique ID to their LLM-based agents, which I would like to publish on PyPI. The project already has a working version on github, and we are trying to build some demo applications.

Currently, a search on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/agentid/) currently returns a 404. Attempts to upload my distribution (even with new versions) fail due to PyPI restrictions on reusing previously uploaded filenames, even if the project is no longer listed.
