We configure the logging renderer here:

warehouse/warehouse/logging.py

RENDERER = structlog.processors.JSONRenderer()

Explore using https://www.structlog.org/en/stable/console-output.html in local development mode, and if this mode increases clarity when running multiple containers and processes.
