Submission of public schemes?

Hi Chris,

fieldbioinformatics can automatically pull data from primalschemes github page, which is very handy and simplifies pipeline development. But some of the primer schemes I use are not on primal labs.

Can I submit publicly available/publish tiled amplicon schemes to Primal Labs? Of course credit, authorship will be correctly attributed. But I wanted to double check first if this is acceptable.
