Description

The residence equivalent (WEQ) attribute is defined as area_per_building_residence_equivalent for parent datasets and inherited by child datasets. This attribute should be added as ETLocal attribute so users can trace back what value is used for the region of interest.

Steps to take

• Add new ETLocal attribute "Residence equivalents" / "Woningequivalenten" with key area_per_building_residence_equivalent
• Create dataset migration
