Add blog post about useR! 2020 Geospatial Dev Day

I think this blog has an Events page, so it should at least be mentioned there. Not sure how to contribute to that though from the top of my head

Just submitted a PR to add this to the Events page (#48), I think I did it right?

Thanks, it's added to events. Once we have a more clear idea what the day will be like we could describe it in a blog entry.
