How to set up optional segment for last path in URL

I have this path: /portal/hc-claim-cases/:claimCaseId/:section?, I'm able to retrieve claimCaseId with useParams but not section.

sample path: /portal/hc-claim-cases/bcf5fe49-42f8-479c-9526-45f980fa1019/gallery

what works: bcf5fe49-42f8-479c-9526-45f980fa1019 is value of claimCaseId
what doesn't: section property does not exist in useParams()
