QI Report Fixes & Additions #462
Description
- Develop & add notions of 1/2 trace distance, eigenvalue entanglement infidelity, eigenvalue diamond distance. Alternatively, add N/A to Table 1 of Summary tab. (low priority)
- Decide how to quantify "weakness" quantum instrument error and readout/assignment errors using Robin's framework
- Understand dark grey in model violation fixed per sequence box plot with long-sequence QI GST
- Fix the histogram to allow for significantly different degrees of freedom (which shows up with QIs mainly)
- Update Germs Detail to add instruments (low priority)
- QI Raw estimates colorbar should be consistent between parameterizations and not fixed at 0.5
