Create an Application with SAP Build Apps

When I click on the create button, I have two options "Create" and "Process Automation" but because of the styling used there it look like only "Process Automation" is a viable option and that "Create" is the headline.
So it took me a while to understand that I can click on "second" create.
(I hope My acreenshots work, than I think it is clear wqhat I´m talking about.)

So maybe this could be made a bite more clear in the tutorial.

I will test using a new trial account and build apps installation. It looks like we can update to help. But different people will have different options so it won't show exactly what you have.

I will get back to this in the next day and update in some way.

I have added a short note and screenshot in the case when there are more SAP Build tools installed. Note that it is possible to have SAP Build Code installed and to see and option Create > Web and Mobile Application, and this would take you directly to the Build Apps naming screen. I have not gone into all the possible situations. The main scenario is the one described in the prerequisites for this tutorial. Hope this is OK.
