Monitors dont follow mouse in "small" stage mode

Expected Behavior

Monitors, when dragged, should follow the mouse cursor when the stage is small.
Proposed fix included in #9753

Actual Behavior

Monitors drag delta is half what it should be when the stage is small

Steps to Reproduce

1. show a variable as a monitor on the stage
2. switch stage to small mode
3. drag the monitor around on the stage

System Details

Chrome on Windows 11 (though this should be present in any environment)
