Tagging Format No longer Compatible with Sonarr and Radarr

Description

The format for taggins requests is [ID] - [PLEX_ACCT] and spaces are not supported in Sonarr and Radarr's tagging. It's causing requests to fail if I have tagging enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Services > Tag Requests
2. Test and Save Changes
3. Search for a show or movie, request
4. If Sonarr or Radarr have already created tags with spaces in them, it will work. If no tag exists, it will fail.

I'm running into this issue as well. Same errors and it's causing all requests to fail. Running Overseer in Docker.
