Bug: Duplicate contacts created in Pipedrive

Hi there,

I was granted access to the beta of this integration, but just had to disable it in Segment, as it keeps creating duplicate contacts in Pipedrive (up to 18 duplicates for a single user so far).

• I have setup Piepedrive as a "destination", with the integration available here https://app.segment.com/goto-my-workspace/destinations/catalog/actions-pipedrive, about a month ago.
• I have setup a basic "identify" event to "Create or Update Person" when they're created or update inside our app.

However it seems that users are created multiple times, instead of a single time.
