Problem: not possible to edit secret name

Issue

When working with an environment, when you try to edit a secret name, it looks like it is succeed but the edit is not saved. When you open it again, the value is old.

I noticed that if I create a new secret with the same name, it will be overwritten, but if I just want to change value an existing one, it will not be applied. Also, how can I see the value of the secrets?
