• Question
  • Why didn’t hide addButton in the messageInputView when all resource related UIKit configs are disabled?
• Answer
  • First, the UIKit team set a policy that even if we disable all resource-related functionality in the UIKit config, we will keep the addButton and expose an empty selector on click.
  • The reason for this is that our customers can add their own resource selection menus in addition to the one we provide.
  • So, we decided to guide them in the direction of not exposing the addButton if needed.
