React on Rails Repo Includes the Pro Code with a Dual License

We're making the source for React on Rails Pro visible to everybody. Previously, it was private, like Sidekiq Pro.

By making it easier for everyone to spin up a demo app, we will encourage many more people to try out React on Rails Pro, especially with the support for React Server Components in React on Rails Pro.

React on Rails Pro will also be free for demo and educational purposes.

If you have any questions on the merger of the repos, license changes, etc., please comment!
