… to includes.json Adds 10 new includes.json entries: - Production pairs: AGEUR, EURA, APU, 21BTC, BOLD, KUDAI, METRO, SRM, XSGD - Regression fixes: BTC.B, BTCB, USDM (corrected asset IDs for FAI, USDM, USDZ) These entries ensure all approved mobula-state feeds/streams have proper symbol mappings.

Summary
Adds 10 new/corrected entries to mobula-state's includes.json to support production feeds/streams and fix regression issues identified during testing.

All pairs have been tested against the mobula-state EA and confirmed working. These entries ensure that all approved mobula-state feeds/streams have proper symbol mappings.
Dependencies
This PR is based on the merged v2 migration (#4136).
