Hi — I'm working on a feature to capture the results of MCP tool executions and save them into a custom chat history. I want to intercept the tool output as soon as the tool finishes and persist it (with metadata) for later analysis.
I need guidance on where to hook into the execution lifecycle (events/hooks/middleware) to capture tool execution results.
