Continued life elsewhere?

Thank you for creating this awesome project I've found very useful. I wish it wasn't going closed source, but I understand there are commercial reasons.

Given that spring-statemachine is such an amazing piece of software and it's going EOL, is there anyone forking this so the project continues on in an open source version? The name would have to be different, and it wouldn't have the commercial support behind it, but seems a viable option, given the widespread use and value. I've created sprung-statemachine here on Github, if any of the people with open PRs want to submit their PRs there.
