I'm not able to reproduce the issue. If you can create and share a small PBIP or PBIX sample file that triggers the bug, it would be helpful!

I can reproduce the error using Power BI Desktop version 2.147.909.0 (September 2025). Starting from a blank report, I created a new object via TMDL, which sets the model to the required minimum compatibility level of 1702. I'm not completely sure, but the error appears to occur only when the client uses TOM library versions <= 19.101.1
