Week number column #74

Hey,
I m seeing that there is no Week number column a for dax. Especially "21" format for europe region seams necessity. Creating custom function was a little obstacle.
Buzz created a fine tutorial for it. Ending of year creates a small problem in terms of using dax "max", previous week time intelligence function. 52nd week on 1st of january ruines calculating iso week unique value and therefore 52nd week needs to be considered as previous year
