Editorial dicussion: Behavior of "all" date type in SBD #266

Cf. this comment. It appears we have "all" mapped to floruit dates: E.g., 717 in all dates
- Compare the same search for death dates, which gives person 1294 as a result.
Should we try to adjust the behavior to include birth/death dates in the "all" date selector?
