Hello, thanks for your work developing and maintaining this package!
Where is the best place for users to be aware of updates made for each version of rstan available on CRAN? Most packages keep a NEWS file or ChangeLog file, but it seems the NEWS file on CRAN has not been updated since 2023 so I am not sure what has changed in the package in recent versions.
