[Docs]: migration to KRaft is missing in 0.46.0

Suggestion / Problem

I broke my eyes trying to find out upgrade procedure, while there is a bunch of links in discussion posts. Then I notice direct link to this chapter - https://strimzi.io/docs/operators/latest/deploying#proc-deploy-migrate-kraft-str - and it is a broken anchor. Turns out you remove this section from recent documentation! Docs for version 0.45.0 have it - https://strimzi.io/docs/operators/0.45.0/deploying#proc-deploy-migrate-kraft-str
It is very bad decision. Migration steps hidden from everyone by proken links. Either all places with this link (latest/deploying#proc-deploy-migrate-kraft-str) should (changelogs, release notes etc) be updated to point on 0.45.0 docs, or return this section.

Migration is not supported in 0.46.x. You have to migrate to KRaft before upgrading to Strimzi 0.46.0, as we try to make clear in all release notes, blog posts, and videos. As it is not supported in 0.46, it does not make sense to document it there. I think this is pretty normal practice for all kinds of software.

If you found the link to the latest docs somewhere in our materials, then someone used that by mistake. Please let us know where and we can make sure the link points to the right version (0.45.0 for example).

It's also true, but this is my opinion, that if someone is reading the latest/0.46.0 documentation and learning about KRaft mode while they are running a ZooKeeper based cluster, it would be super useful having a WARNING/NOTE mentioning that KRaft migration is supported in the 0.45.0 version and providing the link to that documentation.
It could be placed here for example https://strimzi.io/docs/operators/latest/deploying#assembly-kraft-mode-str
@PaulRMellor and other @strimzi/maintainers what's your opinion about this?

I do not have any problem with a warning that it has been removed - TBH, I would have expected that we have some. But unless you create special modules with the same names as the original docs had, it will not fix any incorrect links.

I opened change log https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/releases/tag/0.45.0 and see:

Please make sure to migrate to KRaft and MirrorMaker 2 before upgrading to Strimzi 0.46 or newer.

But links NOW leads to documentation without upgrage procedure. It takes few hours to figure out am I blind or just dumb or something wrong and check out older versions of documentation. Also documentation is enormous (it is great there is so much docs, but it is enormous), hard to find specific info if you don't know what exactly you are looking for. Last point isn't complain.

Thanks for sharing where you found it. I fixed the release notes. I also opened a PR to fix the CHANGELOG (#11530).

Yeah, it will be super helpful to keep a track of major upgrade milestones in latest version with links to docs on specific version for details of procedure.

Yes, I think a warning in the latest docs would be useful and in the section Paolo mentioned.
