Update with jwage, create new branch?

It looks like there have been a lot of changes in main repo for this library, including the ability to write to memory rather than just a file.  Perhaps there's some value to us updating, but not if it takes too long.  We'll be using CSV in the "Quick Questions" utility (https://github.com/Survos/Survos/issues/2127), but again, we may not need any of the new features.
