Remove Multiple and Multiple Size controls from select docs

The select documentation currently includes Multiple and Multiple Size controls, which should no longer be available.

• Remove the Multiple control from the controls table.
• Remove the Multiple Size control from the controls table.
• Remove it from the form creation guideline as well.
