Manifest file missing: Can not uninstall T3 Framework Package #535
Description
The T3 Framework Package looks to be missing its manifest, so can not be uninstalled in Joomla (Just attempted it while cleaning up a Joomla 3.8.11 site where at T3 Template is not being used any more)
