feat(scrap): enhance ScrapDetailContentScreen

UI Features:

• Add filter functionality with SegmentedControl to view:
  • All content (전체)
  • Problem only (문제)
  • Individual pointings (각 포인팅)
• Add "View All" button next to filter that navigates to AllPointings screen
• Add expandable modal for problem content (80% screen size)
• Add maximize button that appears on hover/touch for problem content
• Convert pointing sections to accordion format for better UX
• Improve conditional rendering based on selected filter

API Integration:

• Implement data transformation from ScrapDetailResp to PublishProblemGroupResp format
• Add convertScrapToGroup function to transform scrap data for AllPointings navigation:
  • Convert PointingResp[] to PointingWithFeedbackResp[]
  • Convert ProblemExtendResp to ProblemWithStudyInfoResp
  • Map required fields (progress, submitAnswer, isCorrect, isDone)
  • Handle missing fields with appropriate defaults
• Integrate with useGetScrapDetail API hook
• Add proper type conversions using schema.d.ts types
• Ensure type safety with components['schemas'] type references

The screen now provides better content organization, viewing options, and seamless
integration with the AllPointings screen through proper API data transformation.
