Add a good bounds checker

Add a new good bounds checker with an option in the editorconfig to toggle it.

It should be smart enough to minimlise the if checks needed.
eg.
If the item to read is an aeroblock of a fixed size it should checkt here is enough length in the buffer to read the whole block, and not do it per field
