Docked window content renders in front of base imtool form elements #3
Description
If a docked window has content which requires scrolling, that scrolled content will render in front of the base form elements such as tab names, imtool settings button, and the imtool minimize, maximize/restore, and close buttons.
Docked window content does properly render behind the menu bar.
