Farmerbot violation handling

So far Peppermint has no feature for farmerbot violations. This also makes it confusing when no uptime is accrued on a wakeup with a violation.

• Update minting node code to somehow make details of violations available (so far only the count is recorded)
• Place violations into the event list and make it clear how they potentially affected uptime accrual
• Put a violation count in the header of the period details view
