CSV output for receipts overview

Currently CSV is only provided for the minting event details view. Farmers sometimes want to export their collected receipt data, especially how much was minting at what times.

This should be pretty straightforward to add to the overview page. The main tricky bit is dealing with fixup periods to make sure that each payment is logged only once.
