Summary

  • add gated cloudflare-legacy-deployment.yml workflow to build, upload artifact, and deploy to Cloudflare Pages with wrangler 4.50.0
  • include post-deploy smoke check hitting https://old-app.threshold.network/overview/network
  • document secrets, inputs, usage, and noindex setup in docs/cloudflare-deploy-runbook.md
  • keep existing GCP workflows intact; default branch restored to main

Testing

  • manual dispatch of workflow on cloudflare-legacy-deployment branch; verified Pages deployment and custom domain works
  • workflow rerun after adding noindex headers/robots; smoke check passes
