Operator uses deprecated FelixConfig field RouteTableRange instead of RouteTableRanges

When using the AmazonVPC or GKE CNI plugins the operator will set a RouteTableRange in the FelixConfiguration, that field has been deprecated in favor of RouteTableRanges. The operator needs to be updated to use the newer field.
