Suppport for autoref links

I just updated the plugin and got all the fixes from this year - the TOC is sooooo much better! Thanks for that 🥇

To make our links more resilient, we recently switched all inter-doc links to autorefs. Our links now continue to work even if we move files or rename files - yay!

Sadly, now inter-doc links in pdfs don't work.

I'm aware that fixing this would likely be a lot of work, but it would be awesome if you could make the pdfs work with autorefs links.

I might be possible to add support by carefully looking at the event hooks used by autoref (here) and calling the right functions from this plugin, f.e. like here:

I don't currently use this plugin, so for me it's in maintenance mode. But I'm happy to review a PR if you want to give it a go.
