Adding external plugin

Hello everyone,
I have some pugins built with the with the project scaffolding tool Yeoman. But I can't integrate with tinymce-react.

I'm not importing the plugin in App.js
import "neo-editor"

and I have the following error:

bootstrap:27 Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined
at plugin.js:1:1
at Object../node_modules/neo-editor/plugin.js (plugin.js:1:1)

How best way to integrate?
