It's been 1-SNAPSHOT for 4 years. Will step2 get a release version number soon? #54
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tools like leiningen on Clojure won't let me build a release JAR that
depends on a SNAPSHOT version.
2. Leiningen appears to more strict than Maven.
3. I instead have to workaround by depending on a dated frozen versioned
snapshot of step2. Minor, but time-consuming, annoyance.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect that, after 4 years, step2 would have a version number like 1.0.2 or
some such.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Uhm, 1-SNAPSHOT.
Please provide any additional information below.
