Move Flight Test Scripts and any Executable Things to Shepard

Trying to keep mavctl more as a plug and play library, doesn't make sense to keep these flight test scripts and executables in mavctl. We will keep samples but we won't keep real flight test scripts in here. I'm leaving this issue here as more of a reminder for myself (Fawwaz)
