AttributeError: 'HuggingFaceEmbeddings' object has no attribute 'client'

Hi!

I've been trying to follow your tutorials on my local machine (I followed the workshop where we did it in GH codespace)

When running the following code:

I get the following error:

@HeloiseS, looks like you're working with what's underneath demos/olmo-rag -- this isn't currently well-supported and has not seen active maintenance for some time

What would work better to get the Panel app up and running would be to follow the notebook in module 2 that we covered in the workshop, linked here: https://github.com/uw-ssec/tutorials/blob/main/AI_Postdoc_Workshop/module2/2-olmo-chat-rag.ipynb

Please let me know if you run into any issues with that notebook, and I'll be happy to investigate further!
