Auto Flag in Register for when PT enter new data

Problem
Patients are inconsistent when they enter data in their app and SW are unware of how often they should be checking the registry

Describe Desired Solution
When a patient enter in data a flag the main homepage of the registry shows up on the patient's line as well on the pt page of where the new data has occurred.

Describe Alternatives
instead of a flag a dot like app notifications could be used

Additional Context
Need to determine of often the notification occurs, weekly?
Flag is clickable and turn off as an acknowledgement
header replace with notification of review ?
