NTSC-RS is stuck playing videos at 6 fps instead of 30. i need help fixing it!

i cant use ntsc rs with this problem. i tried reinstalling it but it did NOTHING, someone help.

I'm running into this issue as well, video is 29 FPS and ntsc.rs is only accepting up to 5 FPS for some reason.

Unless I'm missing a way to change FPS in the program this is a big issue.
