Installer: prevent placing two connections into the same chunk

The player only sees the preview of the connection chunk once the structure block is placed. This makes it likely to accidentally place the command block at the same position as an existing connection which would automatically replace the existing connection without waiting for user confirmation.

We should prevent attempts to place two connections into the same chunk with an error message.
