Examples on the Vector.js site do not match the images presented #36

On the website located at https://vectorjs.org/#getting-started there are several examples showing the use of primitive commands and their graphical output. The graphical output is, in many cases, incorrect. By default, the visual examples on the website indicate that when rendering, say, a rectangle, the shape is not filled, i.e.:

When running those same examples locally, all shapes are filled by default:
