Adding entries in the deploy config file

Create a config file which consists of the experiment URL and the simulation pattern of labs running on Deploy.

Implemented the python script to extract the patterns from the logs itself, because currently labs are not running so we are unable to get the patterns. Still there is some manual task need to be done because this script will extract the patterns which contains images, css, js etc. which needs to be cleaned up.
