Compile error

If you use uv to create a virtual python enviroment like this:

uv venv vllm --python 3.12 --seed
source vllm/bin/activate

When you compile the vLLM, you will occur this error:

Could NOT find Python (missing: Python_INCLUDE_DIRS Interpreter Development.Module Development.SABIModule)

You need to change it to:

uv venv vllm --python 3.12.0 --seed
source vllm/bin/activate
