Remove volar.style.defaultLanguage

Reasons:

• Due to VSCode restrictions, you need to reload VSCode when changing this option, and the UX is not suitable.
• May cause a serious problem. (#125)
• Unless vue-tsc depend .vscode/settings.json by someway, otherwise Volar and vue-tsc behave inconsistently.

Unsupport @vue-ignore

May support "css.validate": false for replacement.

Reasons:

• @vue-ignore is temporary method to handle postcss errors before Volar support postcss, but now already support postcss.
• This is not an official specification, avoid fragmentation.
• Has some complexity for vue-tsc support.
