Remove __VLS_xxx in future

The reason for choosing __VLS_GlobalComponents now is to be consistent with __VLS_slots.

I want to replace __VLS_GlobalComponents with JSX.IntrinsicElements in future, and I expect to also replace __VLS_slots together, but we have no replacement solution for __VLS_slots now.

In order to avoid affecting existing users, __VLS_GlobalComponents and __VLS_slots will not be changed before the final decision.

Already removed __VLS_GlobalComponents , and supported official GlobalComponents interface in 0.23.0.
