Make a new sub-crate in ring proof and $G$, $sk G$ and $H$, $sk H$ columns to it

This is basically adding column 7 - 14 and reuse the current ring implementation for column 1-6 from https://hackmd.io/69VDDQBfTSuaeNejFig7LA?view
$H$ is the VRF input before co-factor clearing. $G$ is the group generator where $sk G$ is the public key.
