fix: Fix failing tests

- Updated the Jest configuration in `package.json` to use the correct setup file and test environment.
- Installed the missing `@testing-library/jest-dom` and `@testing-library/react` packages.
- Reverted the `Sidebar.tsx` file to use the `activeClassName` prop instead of the `className` function.
