Added necessary procedures. Modify it to REST API.
Added app.py in cache/.
Refactoring code, with version change.

It's just a refactoring with the Python best practices using flake8.
I'm a programming student that wanna help for improve my skill and I would love help in your project as it is simple and I can learn a lot with that.
I chose merge it on development as is better have it updated and after a couple of PR approved in there is much easy to merge it on master and it make the repos more organized as it increase with the time...
For now, it's not much, but I hope it can help a little.
