Add asynchronous tests to align with existing synchronous tests in Call Automation SDK

Description

This PR synchronizes the async test files with their sync counterparts to ensure consistency and fixes several SDK compatibility issues that were present in the async tests.

If an SDK is being regenerated based on a new swagger spec, a link to the pull request containing these swagger spec changes has been included above.
